I am a sponsored PhD.student from NUST Pakistan. I completed my MSc(EE) from MSU in 1995 and now am back to my university for PhD. My last assignment was with NUST as its Director Exams & Academics. NUST is a fast growing national university that has been rated as no:1 in Pakistan and 20th in Asia by Asia Week (Jun2000). My research is on distance learning in engineering education.
